Our client at Karachi requires the services of following professionals: HRIS Manager /Analyst Ideal candidate should possess the following Qualification, Skills & Experience:
• Masters Degree in Computer Science plus HR will be preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large scale HR-based projects
• Should be able to design, maintain and implement HRIS in the large organization
• Should be capable of developing programs and to produce desired reports
• Should have full command on MS ACCESS
• Should have the practical exposure of any HR Software
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion and ethics
• Commitment to excellence in service and performance
• Age 30-45 years HR Executives & HR Officers Ideal candidates should possess the following

• Should preferably be an MBA or a Masters Degree holder with major in HR
• Should have at least 3 years' experience in similar position.
