Retail Operations Manager (Male / Female)
The ideal candidate must have 3 - 5 years of experience at senior or middle level management in retail or FMCG with understanding of P&L, supply chain. H(s)he can achieve margin by efficient management of stock, budget and retail price. H(s)he should be able to lead a team and take initiatives, plan & organize, have strong interpersonal skills and be target oriented. Preference will be given to candidates with Master's degree in marketing or finance from a reputable local or foreign institution.
Security / Administration Manager
The ideal candidate will be an EX-ARMY /Retired Capt. between 35 — 45 years age having 3-5 years of relevant experience in a reputable company or MNC, preferably with MBA / Master's degree in related field. Admin / Security Manager will ensure compliance of company policies, Staffing, budgets & purchases. Can Liaison with Government agencies, ensure safety of employees, deal with crises, and can manage daily operational and administration tasks.
Instructional Designer MultiMedia Developer
The ideal candidate should be well-versed with using instructional tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Multimedia, Adobe, Flash, illustrator, animation, HTML 5 and have hands on experience in Photoshop. Preference will be given to candidates with BS or MS in computers.
